CaraHELM - SM-Boltfree Helmet

Extra-Safe, a feature offered by the innovative harness system allows any style of our helmets to be fitted with a shell without any metallic fasteners like bolts, rivets, etc. which are known to cause fatality in freak incidents. It is a so called "bolt less" design where the shell has no holes. This can be made in all shapes like PASGT

• Possible to integrate with any Helmet model.
• Removes any possibility of secondary fragmentation caused by a strike on the external bolt, a freak incident but known to cause fatality.
• No use of any metallic fasteners.
• The ballistic performance is improved by maintaining the uninterrupted shell of the helmet. There is no weak point through which a projectile may 'slip'.
• The mounting system is positioned so as not to interfere with the harnesses anti trauma capabilities.
• Enhanced wearing comfort.
